WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If products purchased are faulty when you receive them please contact us within 7 business days through the contact page or email at saltsurfsea@gmail.com with your name, contact details and order number so we can rectify the problem and either refund or replace the order – whichever you prefer. We will also refund postage for a faulty, wrong or damaged item.

If a refund  is requested the funds will be credited back to the original source of payment being paypal, credit or debit card, Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Oxipay, or Zippay.

Products must be returned in the condition they arrived so please package them so no further damage is done and request tracking as we are not responsible if the package is not received by us.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND?

We do not offer a refund if you change your mind.

COLOUR VARIATION

Colours can vary slightly from what you see on the online shop. This is especially the case when looking at the online shop as many computer monitors have various colour and saturation settings which can alter the hue of the photos and is unfortunately outside of our control.
