We aim to ship orders the following business day from when they are placed and funds have been cleared/received but once the order is posted we cannot guarantee delivery as it is in the hands of Australia Post.

Orders will be shipped/posted from postcode 2220 within 1-3 business days after payment has been made and cleared funds received.
Orders will be shipped with Australia Post or by a courier to the designed address made with your order. It is your responsibility to make sure there is someone available to accept your delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN’T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left for delivery they are then the property of Australia Post or other third party courier companies. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
