There will be changes as to how parcels are delivered from Australia Post.
Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide: $9.95.
Express Post Shipping is $16.95. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE STILL DELAYS IF YOU CHOOSE EXPRESS POST SHIPPING. THE FOLLOWING IS STATED ON THE AUSTRALIA POST WEBSITE “Express Post items are being prioritised, but can take 5 business days or more to arrive due to Coronavirus delays.”
All other orders will be shipped/posted from postcodes around 2220 within 1-3 business days after payment has been made and cleared funds received.
Orders will be shipped with Australia Post or by a courier to the designated address made with your order. It is your responsibility to make sure there is someone available to accept your delivery. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN’T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT? Once your parcels have left for delivery they are then the property of Australia Post or other third party courier companies. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
